Fishawack Flag Day

Happy Flag Day All! And a Very Happy Birthday to my grandma, the most patriotic person I know!
We headed down to grandma and pop-pop's early this morning to start off our day with an early Father's Day breakfast. Pat has to work tomorrow, all day, so my mom offered to make us a great breakfast to celebrate Father's Day with Pat. We enjoyed bacon, eggs, sausage, pancakes and just about anything else you could want for breakfast! It was delicious! Thanks Mom!
After breakfast we headed into town for the Fishawack festivities. What's Fishawack, you ask. Well, click on the word and it will take you right to the website and explain everything! Basically, it's a big festival that has tons of vendors and activities for families and kids. It's a lot of fun, or at least this year was! Nicholas had a blast playing on all the blow up "toys" and enjoying ice cream and snow cones and getting to sit on the big digger! We had a lot of fun, totally worth the stifling heat!
After Fishawack we went back to grandma and pop-pop's where Nicholas enjoyed the pool! After the pool we had a bbq and then got to celebrate Great-Grandma's birthday and Flag day with our Flag cake made by yours truly!
All in all, we've had a pretty great weekend so far! Tomorrow we're heading back to grandma and pop-pop's to celebrate Father's Day!
We hope all of you Dads and grandpa's out there have a GREAT Father's Day and enjoy yourselves!

Nicholas loved the Vespa....so did Pop-pop

In the moon bounce, we had to ply him with a sno cone to get him to come out

These are from last night. We turned on the sprinkler to water the lawn and flowers and give Nicholas a chance to cool down and expend some energy!

Your little girl is getting so big. Can you believe how quickly the time goes.

I love your new look. ;) I know I have said it a million times. But I do.
