Happy Easter 2012

Happy Easter to everyone!  

We hope you had as lovely of a day as we did!  Grandma and Pop-pop and Aunt Jessica came over for the day to celebrate Easter.  We had homemade ravioli and meatballs along with some appetizers followed up by two different cheesecakes.  It was nice to have a quiet Easter at home after everyone having been out traveling the past few days!

We're now relaxing and enjoying some Cadbury and Peanut Butter Eggs that were ever so generously left by the Easter Bunny!

Washington DC

I made a list when I turned 30 of 30 things I'd like to do by the time I turned 35.  This past weekend, as I began Spring Break, I decided to cross another thing off the list and I took the kids to Washington DC for a couple of days.  We were accompanied by my friend Kate and we all had a great time seeing the sights and learning more about our Nation's Capital! 

Palm Sunday

We spent Palm Sunday at Grandma and Pop-pop's house with Aunt Jessica, Uncle Karl, Aunt Janet and Michelle.  We had such a nice day with family and enjoyed tons of yummy food at every turn!
