While our first snow was weeks, no, months ago, in October today was our first "real" snow. It's still snowing outside right now but we've got about an inch or two on the ground and we're due to have about an inch or two more by the time all is said and done!
In addition to the snow setting the scene for winter and Christmas, we've put out our lights and just about all of our decorations are up inside, too! Tomorrow we finish everything off with a small tree trimming party with family and friends. Then we'll be all set for Santa to come!
This is the tree in our front hallway.
This year we decorated it in hot pink, white and silver for Breast Cancer Awareness.
We topped it off with a big pink and silver bow!
I really love the color combination and the way the lights shine off of all of the ornaments.
