Zoo Fun

After a pretty hectic and high stress week, the kids and I were looking for something fun to do with our weekend. The weather was gorgeous today, a lovely 70 degrees and partially sunny. We spent our afternoon outdoors at a couple of different places and it was GREAT!
Our first stop this afternoon was at the Turtleback Zoo in West Orange. Nicholas had a ball seeing all of the different animals and getting to walk around and play. Addison, on the other hand, did not really enjoy her time amongst the wild animals!! Addie is not a big fan of animals as of yet and refused to leave the stroller. I was able to get her out once or twice but once she caught sight of the peacocks that roam the zoo freely coming for her goldfish, that was it!!
After the zoo, we got Nicholas in for a quick but much needed haircut!! And then headed to the park for some more playtime, aka energy drain!
We ended the day at grandma and pop-pop's house for some more fun time and dinner. It was a great way to end a long week!!
