After a lovely Good Friday spent at home, we spent Holy Saturday out and about and quite busy!!
Our day started off on the Easter Bunny Express with my friend Holly and her little guy Logan. We met up at the Whippany Rail Museum and, after taking a few pictures of the Big Bunny, we boarded the train for our ride. The ride is about 45 minutes long and the kids had a GREAT time riding the train and taking a look at everything going by outside the windows. The highlight of the trip is when the Easter Bunny makes an appearance and stops to say hello to each and every passenger!! Addison wanted no part of this but Nicholas, despite what the picture shows, really enjoyed the Bunny and getting to meet him!!

After the bunny train we headed over to grandma and pop-pop's house for our traditional Holy Saturday events- Egg dying, calzone making and ravioli prep!!
Nicholas and Addison enjoyed spending the afternoon dying the eggs for the bunny to hide at grandma's house. Once we finished that, all of us enjoyed some yummy homemade pizza and calzones!
Just before we left Nicholas and Addison helped grandma make the ravioli for Easter Sunday!
