Christmas Day

We'd like to wish everyone a very Merry Christmas and we hope that you spent today surrounded by friends, family and love, as we did!

We began our Christmas morning at home at a reasonable hour. I thought, for sure, that we were going to be woken up by a very eager almost 4 year old boy!
We were- just not until 8 am!!
Nicholas was so excited to get downstairs to see if Santa and the reindeer had come and eaten the cookies and milk lovingly left out.
We made our way downstairs and Nicholas and Addison were greeted by an empty plate of cookies and empty glass of milk, and LOVED it!

Our Tree post Santa, pre-kids!

Nicholas "patiently" waiting to head downstairs and see if Santa stopped by!

This was the best shot I could get....both kids are running into the living room checking to see what's waiting for them

Checking out the new kitchen

Addie and her new stroller and one of her new dolls

Daddy helping to open presents

Addie and her new Dora chair- a rare moment...we had to beg her to open presents after the first one!!

After Christmas morning at our house, we headed to Grandma and Pop-pop's to spend the day with them and Aunt Jessica. When we first walked in, this was the first gift the kids saw- a Dinosaur from Aunt Jessica!
Nicholas LOVED it! Addie is still up in air about it!

Mommy riding the Rory the Dinosaur

Addie checking it out...she did not like it and she did not want to wave!

Addie and her new Dora hat feasting on a peanut butter cup...notice the toothbrush, she was prepared for when she finished the candy!

Checking out Nicholas' new Leapster Game

Grandma even got on Rory!!

Trying to coerce Addie into loving Rory as much as everyone else did!

I had no idea this picture was even taken...this was after all of the presents had been opened...I fell asleep on Addie's Air Doll and someone took advantage of this opportunity with my camera!!

Again, we hope everyone had a wonderfully Merry and Blessed Christmas!
We are so fortunate to have such a wonderful day filled with love and family and we hope that all of our friends and family enjoyed the same blessings!

Merry Christmas!!
